manufacture of premium sunglasses for the action sports and youth
lifestyle market, announced today its appointment of Richard C.
Marshall, Jr. as Vice President of Operations. Mr. Marshall comes to
Orange 21 with over 19 years of experience in operations with
companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Pepsi, and Rubbermaid. Most
recently, Mr. Marshall served as Director of Operations for Newell
Window Fashions UK, a division of Newell Rubbermaid. Mr. Marshall
holds a B.A. in International Marketing and German from Northwest
Missouri State University and an M.B.A. in International Business from
the University of Arkansas.

efficiencies, and accelerating growth.
